Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has not taken steps against unserved respondent as directed by this Court and therefore, matter is dismissed. Hence requested to recall the order dated 18th March 2021 passed by this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that appellant was died during the pendency of the appeal and it was informed to the learned AGP, so it was the duty of the learned AGP to bring legal heirs of deceased on record who is appellant but it was not done by the learned AGP

Learned counsel further submits that applicant is ready to take steps forthwith. 3.` Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and reasons mentioned in the application, the order passed by this Court dated 18th March, 2022 is recalled.
