At present the proposal is submitted in the office of the Education Officer (Primary) only on 4.7.2018 and within eight days the petitioner has moved court seeking direction against the authority to decide the proposal. 2.

The prayer of the petitioner is not reasonable and the directions cannot be issued in such casual manner. Some reasonable time will be required for the authority to decide it.

If the authority does not decide the proposal within reasonable time, then the petitioner can move the Court.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
