The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the year 2011, the petitioner was granted the Essentiality Certificate for ANM course. Two batches of ANM students have also taken education in the petitioner institution. The petitioner gave a proposal to the respondents for permission to start the nursing college, however, no communication has been made as yet.

Mr. Narwadkar, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 submits that as per the petition, it is only on 23.06.2021 the proposal is given

2 916-wp 8579-2021.odt by the petitioner. The respondent No. 3 will have to verify the enforceability of the Essentiality Certificate and other aspects. 3.

The respondent No. 3 may verify all the relevant aspects and take decision upon the application of the petitioner for affiliation on its own merits as early as possible and latest within a period of six (06) months from today.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
