The learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondent nos. 4 to 6 have forwarded the proposal seeking approval of the appointment of the petitioner (page 36 to 34) however, the respondent no.3 has not yet decided the same.

The learned A.G.P. submits that in case the said proposal is pending, the authorities would decide the same on its own merits. 3.

In case the proposals are forwarded by respondent nos. 4 to 6 (page 31 to 34) and if the same are pending with respondent no.3, then, the respondent no.3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within four months.
