This Court has already issued directions to respondent no. 2 - Committee to take decision in respect of proposal for verification of caste certificate of the petitioner within a period of one year from the date of the order i.e. upto 8th February, 2018. It is informed that inspite of issuance of directions, respondent no. 2 - Committee has not yet taken any decision in the matter. 2.

In this view of the matter, respondent no. 2 - Committee, if the matter has not yet been decided, shall make endeavour to take decision expeditiously. Petitioner shall cause appearance before the Committee on 20th August, 2018 and as such, no separate notice requiring presence of petitioner before the Scrutiny Committee shall be necessary. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate the Scrutiny Committee in expeditious disposal of the verification claim. The Scrutiny Committee shall, in any case, decide the

In the meanwhile, respondents no. 3 and 4 shall release monthly salary receivable by petitioner and arrears if any, shall be paid by the end of August, 2018.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
