The applicants are seeking modification of order dated 27.07.2022 in Civil Application No.10381 of 2022 and to permit further withdrawal of amount of compensation. Learned Counsel for the applicants relied upon the subsequent order dated 04.12.2023 of this Court in another matters arising out of same acquisition. Though learned Counsel for the acquiring body admitted that, the matters in Pooja K.

19 CA-8862-2023 which order dated 04.12.2023 is passed are arising out of same acquisition but in view of that order earlier order dated 27.07.2022 cannot be modified.

At the most the applicants by taking help of order dated 04.12.2023 in other similar matters can file fresh application for further withdrawal of compensation amount in this matter in addition to the compensation which is already permitted to be withdrawn by order dated 27.07.2022.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
