th AUGUST, 2015 DATED : 6 PER COURT :- 1] Heard Shri Ajay Ostwal, advocate holding for Shri K.D.Jadhav, learned counsel for applicant. After hearing the learned counsel, when the court was about to dismiss the application, a prayer is made for withdrawal of the present application for bail. Prayer accepted.

2] At the time of withdrawal, the learned counsel submitted that all the accused are languishing in jail. He submitted that the case is already committed to the Court of Sessions and the case is pending on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge, Jalna, as Sessions Case No. 65 of 2015. He, therefore, submitted that direction be given to the court below for disposal of the trial expeditiously. 3] Speedy trial is the right of the accused who is languishing in jail.

However, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalna, on whose file Sessions Case No. 65 of 2015 is pending should dispose of the said case by holding trial, in accordance with law, within a period of one year, from the receipt of the order.
