ORAL ORDER :

The petitioners have an alternate remedy in the nature of revision under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act. The petitions, therefore, stand disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file revision before the appropriate authority within a period of four weeks herefrom. 2.

Interim relief to continue for a period of four weeks from today. The concerned authority would decide the interim application, if any, that will be filed in the revision petition, as early as possible and not after six weeks from the appearance of the parties in the proceedings before it.
