By this application, the applicant / wife prays for leave to withdraw the arrears of maintenance deposited in this court, pursuant to the order of this court dated 26.04.2023.

The learned advocate for the respondent strongly opposed the application.

Despite the strong objection, we find that the respondent was in arrears and the amount that has been deposited is under the order of this court.

In view of above, this application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount, as is deposited in this court towards arrears of maintenance amount.
