The applicants are granted bail even before filing of the charge sheet. They were directed to mark their presence at the concerned Police Station every Wednesday and stay away from Shindkheda Taluka until conclusion of the trial.

The learned A.P.P. informs that, for the last one month, the applicants have not marked their presence on any of the Wednesday at the concerned Police Station. It is informed that, the parents of the applicants are age old. For

the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). This order shall come into operation after the applicants mark their presence at the concerned Police Station on next four consecutive Wednesdays. If the applicants do not mark their presence as stated above, this order would stand recalled without reference to the Court.
