Yesterday the matter was heard at length. Learned Advocate for the applicant sought time to take instructions after disinclination was shown by this Court to grant relief to the applicant. 2.

Today learned Advocate for the applicant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the application and it is expressed by the applicant that he would pursue application for discharge before the trial court.

In view of the fact that the applicant wants to withdraw the application, it stands dismissed as withdrawn.
