The learned Advocate for the appellants submits that all the parties have entered into compromise.

The parties are present before the Court and were also present on the last date i.e. 13/07/2023, when this Court had directed the parties to remain present before the Registrar (Judicial) and the Registrar (Judicial) was directed to verify the consent terms and submit a report to this Court.

The Registrar (Judicial) has submitted the report, he has identified the parties and on inquiry he has found that the compromise

SA 454-2017 has been entered and that there is no force or fraud played upon the parties.

In view of the above, the compromise is taken on record and the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise. Decree be drawn up accordingly.
