Respondent no.4 is a private institution. The petitioner desires that the said financial institution should transfer his fixed deposit amount into the loan account for the purpose of settling the loans.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw so as to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The time spent by the petitioner in this Court from the date of filing of the writ petition on 23.06.2023 till the passing of this order, would be considered as a ground for condonation of delay, if any.
