Indisputably, the Apex Court in the matter arising out of the same acquisition has permitted claimants therein to withdraw remaining 50% compensation amount on furnishing adequate security. Applicants/claimants in the present application has already withdrawn 50% compensation amount on furnishing undertaking.

Application is therefore allowed.
