In the light of respondent Nos.9 and 17 not being served till date, the petitioner has moved an application seeking permission to serve the said two unserved respondents by way of e-mail and whatsapp, in addition to regular mode of service. 2.

The application is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent Nos.9 and 17 by way of private service, as also by e-mail and whatsapp and to file an affidavit of service within four weeks from today.
