Heard Mr. Karlekar, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants and Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the respondent in all the appeals. 2.
Mr. Karlekar, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant -acquiring body has produced across the 1/2
914-917.odt Bar a copy of the order passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 2098/2015 and other connected appeals in respect of the land acquired for same project i.e. for construction of Keshegaon Storage Tank, whereby dismissed the appeals preferred by the acquiring body. 3.
The lands of the present respondents/claimants are also acquired for the same project, having similar quality. The reference court has awarded compensation @ Rs.1,25,000/- hectare, against which the appellant acquiring body preferred First Appeal No. 2098/2015 and other companion appeals. This Court (Coram V. K. Jadhav, J.) after appreciation of evidence on record and after hearing both the parties, dismissed the said appeals on merit by order dated 13.06.2017. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/ claimants has not disputed this position.

In view of the above and for the reasons recorded in the order dated 13.06.2017, there is no substance in the appeals. The first appeals are dismissed. No order as to costs.
