The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'C' as under :- C.
By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature of writ, Respondent No. 2 may kindly be take effective action on representations dated 21.07.2019, 05.06.2021, 19.07.2021, 22.09.2021 and 10.11.2021 with immediate effect.

The learned advocate representing respondent No. 2 - Education Officer submits that the first representation dated 21.7.2019 would be decided within six weeks.
