Heard the respective learned counsels for the applicants and learned APP for the respondents-State.

The applicants seek bail in Crime No.399 of 2024, registered with Vaijapur Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the IPC. 3.
It has been alleged against the applicants that they were carrying diesel for committing the crime. One iron tommy has also been recovered from them. The material which was likely to use for committing the crime has been seized. There were no antecedents against the applicants. The material investigation against the applicants has been completed. No purpose would be served by keeping them behind bar. Therefore, they deserve bail. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) Bail Applications are allowed.
(ii) Applicant Nos.1. YASH SUNIL JADHAV, 2.
RAMJAN SANDU SHAIKH,
3. HARINDAR MAHANTO MAZI MAHANTO in Bail Application No.1139 of 2024, Applicant GANESH SONYABAPU THUBE in Bail Application No.1144 of 2024 and
Applicant Nos.1. KSHITIJ DINESHRAO SALUNKE and 2. VIJAY BHAUSAHEB JAGDALE in Bail Application No.1146 of 2024 be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of like amount each, on the following conditions : (a) They shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) They shall attend the Police Station as and when called on written notice by the Investigating Officer till filing charge sheet. (c) Applicant HARINDAR MAHANTO MAZI MAHANTO should furnish the local surety and shall not leave Vaijapur till the charge sheet is filed.
