The order dated 01.07.2024, passed by this Court at the Nagpur Bench in Writ Petition No.3569/2023 (Prashant Uttam Tapare and others vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) and two connected matters, which is an interim order, is cited as the solitary ground for seeking review of our final order. 2.

The order sought to be recalled is our final order passed on 19.03.2024 in Writ Petition No.6143/2023 (Gopal

This order has not been cited before the Nagpur Bench, which passed it's interim order on 01.07.2024. Similarly, the order dated 05.07.2024, passed by this Court at the Principal Seat in Writ Petition No.6911/2023 (Neha Ravishankar Dave vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) and other connected petitions, is an interim order, which was passed on the basis of the interim order passed at the Nagpur Bench. Even before the Principal Seat, the final order dated 19.03.2024, passed by us, was not cited.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits, on instructions, that he desires to withdraw this Civil Application, which is actually a review application.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.
