It is pointed out that our order dated 29.03.2023, more specifically paragraph 7, in which, the Tahsildar was directed to pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the Petitioner within eight weeks from the date of communication of the order of this Court dated 29.03.2023, has not been complied with. The grievance of the Petitioner is that Respondent No.4 has violated the order of this Court and no decision is communicated, even till today.

Issue notice under the Contempt of Courts Act, to Respondent No.4, in the prescribed format, returnable on 07.08.2024. 3.

All office objections, if any, shall be removed on or before 01.08.2024, failing which the Petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court, on 02.08.2024.
