In this petition, there is prayer seeking direction to the respondent authority to conduct election of Sarpanch and UpSarpanch of village panchayat, Valkheda. Since this petition is filed in the year 2013, we do not think that prayer in the petition survives any further. In that view of the matter, Petition is disposed of. However, in case the election of the Sarpanch and Up-Sarpanch of village Panchayat Valkheda are not yet conducted, liberty to the petitioner to renew the prayer.
