PER COURT :- 1) Our attention is invited to the Circular issued by the Divisional Commissioner dated 13.2.2015, whereby the Divisional Commissioner has directed constitution of District Level Committee and Sub-Divisional Committee for considering the grievances in respect of recording of entries and other revenue matters governed by the Maharashtra Revenue Code.

2) It would be open for the petitioner to tender appropriate representation to the Sub-Divisional Committee under the supervision of the Sub-Divisional Officer. If the petitioner tenders an application to the Sub-Divisional Committee, within a period of fifteen days from today, the Committee shall consider the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the application ( P.R.
