Civil Application Nos.13152 of 2024, 13156 of 2024, 13158 of 2024 and 13154 of 2024 have been filed for directing the office of this Court to transfer the amount of compensation along with interest which is deposited in this Court by the respondents to the executing Court.

Heard learned Advocate for the applicants and learned Advocate for respondent No.4 i.e. the acquiring body in respective applications.

It appears that initially some amount was deposited which is stated to have been withdrawn by the applicants/petitioners and thereafter, some amount has been deposited in this Court in contempt petition. The Execution Petitions are also pending. Under such circumstance, though respondent No.4 appears to be having some objection as regards the amount calculated, the Executing Court would be the competent Court to decide the calculation. Under such circumstance, the Civil Application Nos.13152 of 2024, 13156 of 2024, 13158 of 2024 and 13154 of [2]
2024 stand allowed.

Office of this Court is directed to transfer the amount of compensation deposited by the respondents along with interest, if any, to the executing Court within a reasonable period. 5.
After the amount is deposited, the Executing Court to disburse it, if any, after hearing of the parties concerned. 6.
In view of the fact that the amount has been deposited, the orders appears to have been complied with and, therefore, contempt petitions also stand disposed of.
