The learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition. The learned counsel submits that Petitioner would assail the order rejecting the application of the Petitioner for withdrawal of amount by the learned J.M.F.C and the Sessions Court, Ahmednagar.

The Petitioner may take up such proceedings as may be permissible under law against the orders passed by the learned J.M.F.C. and the Sessions Court, Ahmednagar.
