Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that, the counsel, who was previously appearing for the applicant got selected as a Judicial Officer and, as such, the matters remained unattended and, ultimately, stood dismissed in default while order passed by this court on 23.09.2014. Learned counsel submitted that, now the matters are entrusted to him and he will be filing his Vakalatnama within a week in the registry. 2.

In view of the fact that, now the matters are entrusted to the present counsel the order passed by this court on 23.09.2014 stands quashed and set aside, the applications along with appeal on stamp numbers stands restored to the original file.
