The application is filed for permission to withdraw the decretal amount along with interest by the applicant who is the original plaintiff. This Court vide order dated 12th March 2024 has granted stay to the impugned judgment and decree on depositing the aforesaid amount.

Under such circumstances, considering the nature of dispute, the deposited decretal amount along with interest accrued thereon as mentioned in prayer clause (B) can be given to the plaintiff on furnishing usual undertaking and solvent security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of.
