Mr. Surwase, learned Advocate appearing for respondent no.4 on instructions submitted that, in pursuance of the compromise which took place in National Lok Adalat on 9.9.2017, respondent no.4 will deposit the award of compensation as mentioned therein in the Registry of this Court within a period of three months from today. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court on behalf of respondent no.4.

In view of the aforestated statement, nothing further survives in the present petition at this stage.
