In this petition, on 28.06.2025, this Court had observed as follows:- "2.

Learned Advocate for Respondent No. 1 - Corporation, on instructions, makes a statement that today's demolition drive is limited to the extent of Kaccha Constructions, tin sheds, Taparies, commercial premises on the road and slaughter houses. He submits that if the Petitioners have Pakka construction, after verifying the permission granted in favour of the Petitioners, the Corporation will decide the further course of action, in terms of the order dated 24th June, 2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petitions No.7517 of 2025 and 7559 of 2025. Copy of this order is yet not received by the Corporation. 3.

He further submits that the Petitioners may approach the Corporation with relevant documents." 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent Corporation submits that the petitioners have approached the Corporation with relevant

947wp7811-25 documents and that the process of verification is being undertaken. It is submitted that the Corporation would abide by the order dated 24.06.2025 passed in Writ Petition Nos. 7517 of 2025 and 7559 of 2025, particularly, paragraph No. 7 thereof.
