Issue notice to respondents. The learned AGP waives service for all respondents.

The respective applicants in all these applications are seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned therein. The delay appears to be caused due to their fnancial crisis. 4.

The learned AGP strongly opposed the applications on the ground that the delay is not properly explained. 5.

However, considering the statutory rights of the applicants, the delay periods in these applications stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid periods of delay.
