The learned Advocate for the Revision Petitioners submits that vide order dated 19.01.2021 the Revision Petition came to be disposed off as withdrawn to the extent of Petitioner No. 1 and the Revision Petition was continued on behest of Petitioner No. 2. However, during the pendency of the present Revision Petition, Petitioner No. 2 acquired job and started earning for his survival, therefore, the Revision Petitioner No. 2 does not wish to proceed with the petition and seeks to withdraw the same.

In view of the above, the Revision Petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
