In view of categorical statements made by Shri Umeh Jagannathrao Ardad, Office Superintendent of respondent no.2 on oath in his affidavit dated 10.1.2022, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive.

It is made clear, if respondent no.2 fails to honour its statement made in paragraph no.4 of the affidavit, the petitioner will have liberty to approach this Court for the same.
