After having heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides for some time, it has come to notice of this Court that the petitioner has challenged the order dated 25/06/2024, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Criminal Misc. Application No.313/2022, wherein the application preferred by the respondent herein/State for cancellation of bail of the petitioner was allowed and anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 07/01/2022 in Criminal Bail Application No.2155/2021 was cancelled. This Court has granted ad interim stay to the said order dated 25/06/2024.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that nothing is remained to be recovered from the petitioner and the Bank has also issued 'no dues' certificate to the petitioner. 3.

Learned APP Mr Sunil Jadhav for respondent No.1/State submits that purpose for which bail was sought to be cancelled is achieved and nothing is remained in the present petition. He further submits that the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, cancelling the order of granting anticipatory bail is now only for academic purpose.

In view of the above, since the grievance having been redressed, nothing is remained in the petition. Hence, I pass the following order :-

ORDER

(I) The criminal writ petition stands allowed.

(II) The impugned order dated 25/06/2025, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Criminal Misc. Application No.313/2022 is hereby quashed and set aside. [SUSHIL M. GHODESWAR, J.] sjk
