PER COURT:

Despite sufcient opportunity, the applicant State of Maharashtra did not deposit the amount. Therefore, the interim relief of stay granted by this court lost its force and died out for noncompliance of the conditions imposed by this court by order dated 19th July, 2019. Therefore, there is no propriety to keep the application alive on board. Moreover, the ad-interim relief of stay granted by this court is not in force to preclude the original claimants to executed the award. Hence, the respondents/claimants are at liberty to execute the award before the Executing Court. Registrar (Judicial) to communicate about the same to the concerned Executing Court. The civil application for stay stands disposed of accordingly.
