We have heard Mr. Bayas, the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioners are armed with the orders of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in their favour but the respondents are not implementing the same order in its entirety. 3.

We need not entertain the writ petition for the same purpose for which the tribunal has already passed order. The petitioners may take steps before the Tribunal in accordance with law.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
