PER COURT :- In this petition, the petitioner has assailed the Government Resolution dated 21st August, 2014 and the advertisement issued in pursuant to the same. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondent-State and the State Authorities and the learned counsel appearing for the Zilla Parishad, jointly submit that, point raised in this Petition is covered by the unreported judgment of this Court in the case of Javed Babulal Sayyed and others Vs. State of Maharashtra and others in Contempt Petition No.313 of 2014 in Writ Petition No.7661/2013 and other connected matters. Therefore, they submit that, in terms of the said order, the same directions may be issued in the present Petition.
