It appears that the application dated 21-09-2020 filed by the petitioner seeking emergency parole is pending before the Superintendent of the Yerwada Central Jail (Woman Cell). 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent no.3 herein to decide the application of the petitioner (female convict), on or before 09-11-2020, if not already decided, on its own merits.
