The relief of transfer of investigation of Crime No. 180 of 2015 registered in Majalgaon Rural Police Station, District Beed is claimed. The submissions made, reply and record show that Police of Majalgaon Police Station has filed "A summary" report. The reply to that effect came to be filed in the month of August, 2016. Though it appears that "A summary" report is filed by the Police, but it is not known as to whether such report is accepted or rejected by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class. It is upto the Judicial Magistrate First Class either to accept or reject the report. If the report is accepted by the Magistrate, that order order can be challenged. In case, report is not accepted, there is liberty to the petitioner to come to this Court.
