Applicant is seeking stay of judgment and award passed by Reference Court in L.A.R. No. 718 of 2005. First appeal is admitted. 2.

Respondent is served but has not caused appearance. 3.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' on condition that appellant shall deposit the award amount within period of 12 weeks.

On depositing the amount, the respondent/claimant shall be permitted to withdraw 30% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing the undertaking.
