On instructions, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application seeking condonation of delay filed alongwith appeal in view of the disposal of petition filed under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicle Act. The challenge raised in the appeal confines to order passed under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicle Act.
