Heard the learned counsel for Applicant. None appears for Respondent though duly served.

This Court by order dated 13th March, 2014 has dismissed Criminal Writ Petition No.1167 of 2011 on the ground that none present for the Applicant when the matter was called. This application for restoration has been filed after inordinate delay of 809 days. On reading the application, it appears that delay is no where explained.
