Learned AGP submits that for transfer of cases the petitioner has remedy under Sections 225 and 226 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

In the light of that, Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All the contentions are kept open. No costs. 4.
