We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP on behalf of the respondents. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that an application would be filed with respondent No.3 expeditiously. He requests that the said authority may decide the said proceedings within a time frame since a heavy motor vehicle in the form of Tata (HYVA) Heavy Truck has been seized and is lying idle. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. In the event, khs/August 2022/8125
