PER COURT :- 1) Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant seeks leave to correct the figure of the amount of compensation mentioned in prayer clause in prayer clause (B) of the application by correcting the figure Rs.6,14,398/- with Rs.2,10,986/-. Leave granted. Corrections be effected forthwith.

2) Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. Total 80 R. land was acquired. The Special Land Acquisition Officer has assessed the compensation @ Rs.68,500/per hectare.
