We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Tope, learned counsel for respondent no.4 submits that, within a period of two months, the proposal for acquisition of the petitioner's land would be submitted to respondent no.3.

In view of the said statement, respondent no.4 shall submit the proposal for acquisition of the petitioner's land to respondent no.3 within a period of two months. Upon receipt of the proposal, the process for acquisition of the land shall be initiated preferably within a period of three months and the same shall be concluded within

(2) 1013-wp-1798-2021 the time stipulated under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
