Heard Shri S.S.Jadhav, learned counsel for the applicant for some time.

It appears that there was a conference call between the applicant - Sayyad Shabbir Sayyad Shaf, Nilesh Gurchal and Akash Pawar. Call was made by Nilesh to Akash and Akash was asked to add the applicant. It further appears from the evidence collected by the prosecution that the said conference call was made by the applicant from the phone of Akash.
