Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the criminal application. The learned counsel submits that protection from arrest for a limited period of one week may be given to the applicant so as to enable him to surrender before the Police.

In view of the reasonable request made on behalf of the applicant, the criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.

3.

The applicant shall not be arrested for a period of one week so as to enable him to surrender before the Police concerned police.
