Although the petitioner has already been armed with our order dated 12.04.2023 in Writ Petition No.4195/2023, whereby we had directed the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to take a final decision in respect of the petitioner's proposal by 30.09.2023, he is once again before us with the same request on the premise that he would stand to lose an academic year having scored 74 out of 150 marks in 'MAHL.L.B. 5 Years-CET 2023' , if his claim is not decided even easier to that date.

The learned AGP on instructions, submits that the matter is pending with the Vigilance Cell.

Considering the exigency, we only request the respondent/ Scrutiny Committee to make endeavour to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks. 4.
With this, the petition is disposed of.
