All the parties are united in submitting that this Petition is identical to Writ Petition No.6184 of 2024 (Hemlata Hanmantrao Tarate and others Vs. the State of Maharashtra and others) and connected Petitions, decided vide order dated 27.06.2024.

In view of the above, for the same reasons set out in the order dated 27.06.2024, this Petition is also partly allowed

Needless to state, the timeline granted in paragraph 10 of the said order, would apply, inasmuch as, the Petitioners would donate an amount of Rs.500/- per Petitioner, to the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, within 30 days.
