Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for respondents.

This is an application to relax the condition imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon while releasing the applicant on bail. The relevant condition is that the applicant shall not enter the village Takali Prabhari Chalisgaon till decision of the trial. Such condition was imposed on 17.2.2017 and nothing is reported that the applicant has committed another offence or committed breach of any of the condition imposed. In such

crap3122.17 circumstances, the condition imposed upon the applicant can be relaxed.

Hence the application is allowed. The condition imposed upon the applicant is hereby relaxed.
