ORDER:- IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 4966 OF 2023 :

The learned A.G.P. is seeking extension of time in depositing the amount.

It appears that cheque of compensation is ready which is already uploaded, but yet to be deposited. As such, it be deposited within the period of one week. On such deposition, interim stay already granted vide order dated 20.08.2022, to continue until further orders. 2.

Application is accordingly disposed of.

IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 11430 OF 2022 :

The appellant - State acquiring body is seeking condonation of delay of 31 days, which appears to be caused

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
